The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Apothecary of the Soul and persons (customers) who purchase products from Apothecary of the Soul via the online shop.

1.  Offer and contract conclusion

The offers in the Apothecary of the Soul online shop represent a non-binding offer to the customer to order goods. After entering their data and clicking the order button, the customer enters a binding purchase contract with Apothecary of the Soul.

2.  Terms of delivery and shipping costs

At present Apothecary of the Soul delivers only within Switzerland and free of charge. The delivery usually takes place 2-5 working days after receipt of order (A-Post).

Apothecary of the Soul has no influence on delays due to the transport company.
The risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the company commissioned with the transport.

3.  Availability

Apothecary of the Soul always strives to have all raw materials needed to produce the products in stock. For maximum shelf life all Apothecary of the Soul products are handmade and freshly compounded to order. Despite all efforts this can lead to delivery delays. If an item is out of stock, Apothecary of the Soul will email you the next possible delivery date. In no case do delays in delivery justify claims for damages.

4.  Prices and terms of payment

The stated final prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Apothecary of the Soul offers the following payment options: Paypal and credit card.

5.  Exchange, return, notification of defects

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why I offer you a money-back guarantee minus shipping costs (even if the shipping was free at the moment of the order) of 14 days from the date of receipt of the delivery. If you are not convinced by a product, please contact me with your full name and order number. After my confirmation you can return the product and will receive a refund after reception of the goods.

If you are not satisfied with a tailor-made fragrance (Personal Soul Blend), I can perform up to two tweaks to your formula free of charge. Further adjustments can be made for an additional charge of CHF 88 per modification. If you are still not satisfied with your Personal Soul Blend, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving the final version and request a refund. After my confirmation you can return your Personal Soul Blend and will receive a refund (minus shipping costs) after reception of the product.

Gift vouchers and all products ordered as part of a gift campaign or discount promotion are excluded from exchange and return.

Please understand that in the event of a return or exchange, I cannot refund or cover shipping costs or additional fees.

In the case of cancellations of orders that have already been shipped, the order amount minus shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the return (even if shipping was free at the moment of the order).

As all Apothecary of the Soul products are made and filled by hand with natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in the fragrance depending on the batch. These deviations do not reduce the quality and are no reason for complaint.

6.  Withdrawal

Apothecary of the Soul is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract if the desired product cannot be delivered. The customer will be informed immediately about the non-availability of the ordered goods and the payment already made will be refunded immediately.

7.  Data protection

Apothecary of the Soul attaches great importance to data protection. Apothecary of the Soul does not give personal customer data which are deposited by customers in the online shop to third parties. The customer has at any time the possibility to ask for information about the data stored about your person (extent, purpose) or to demand its deletion.

8.  Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions and the use of the online shop are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. The online shop is operated in German and English, the responsibility for the comprehensibility of the texts lies with the buyer.

Apothecary of the Soul may change these terms and conditions at any time without previous notification.
